The returns policy remains the same for all AYZAH label products.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. We do not do direct exchanges. This means the item must be posted within this time and proof of postage provided.
Products must be in original packaging with all tags attached, no signs of wear of tear and in an unworn condition. Refund will only be provided if original tags are intact.
Onus lies on the customer to bear the postage charge to return the product. It is up to the customer to choose the required courier.
Once item is recieved and checked for any damage/use a full refund for the item price will be issued (this does not include any postage charge)
